Dr. Tim, Arthur and the front desk staff are welcoming, professional and considerate about making their patients comfortable and fully informed. This alleviates some of the fear associated with any dental procedure. Dr. Tim’s calm, soothing voice and demeanor; almost lulls one into thinking it’s not so bad. I’m glad I chose them, and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at West Pines Endodontics. From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception desk were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The office has a calm and pleasant ambiance that helped ease any anxiety during my visit. Most importantly, Dr. Sekercioglu demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout my treatment. The procedures I had done were completely painless, which exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and would recommend West Pines Endodontics 100% to anyone in need of endodontic treatment. Dr. Tim and his staff are amazing! I ended up not only needing a root canal but having a piece of bone in my gums, so I was in horrible pain! They did everything possible to get me in ASAP, which they did, and provided me with incredible relief through a very comfortable root canal experience. They also offer 6 months of interest free financing through CareCredit, which was an amazing bonus because this was all very unexpected and not in my budget. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Tim, his staff, and his office as a whole! I was referred here, but if you’re looking independently, I’d choose him hands down!

Dr Tim and his staff are the best in class! On consultation, he spent a lot of time explaining all the steps that would be required to do my procedure! He was very straightforward and thorough, advising of all the risks and benefits! I went into the procedure, fully aware that mine was not the easiest case, but with full confidence in this Doctor’s skill and professionalism! The result was nothing short of spectacular! The office staff and Dental assistant were no less professional and pleasant! I wish I could have given more than just 5 stars!! I highly recommend Dr Tim and his amazing staff

Dr. Tim took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, organized, and runs very smoothly. His staff is friendly, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Tim to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.
